Letters from Santa Claus - Our History...

Thousands if not millions of children, many now grown, remember as a child receiving a letter from Santa Claus. In fact, the official Santa Claus post office processes more mail during the months of November and December than all other months combined!

Why? Because for many years it has been a tradition for those that could make the trip to drive to the small Southern Indiana town in Spencer County named after Ol' St. Nick himself, Santa Claus, Indiana, and mail their letters carrying this special commemorative postmark.

After spending some time with a few of these visitors a local Santa Claus resident and his family decided that this rare and wonderful family tradition shouldn't be limited to just those in driving distance. So, in 2000, using the available technologies of the internet the Imaginary Greetings concept was born.

Today we are proud to say that with our unique and fun online personalization tools along with our additional complimentary products and services we help thousands of families world-wide make this their own family tradition enhancing and extending their children's once in a lifetime magical beliefs like never before possible.

For many years and for many years to come we as parents have built upon the foundation of our children's imagination which is a very powerful thing. Preparing our children and teaching them how to make the world better than it was when they came into it is not an easy task.

This lays a solid foundation for the concept that the true gift is not being on the receiving end but being the one giving. Most of us at Imaginary Greetings are either parents or grandparents of young children ourselves and are proud to have the opportunity to help enhance your child's magical beliefs and imaginations.
