Although we strive to exceed your personal expectations in our services, honestly, it is your child's thoughts and feelings of Santa Claus which we are most concerned about.
This is why we strive not to disappoint even the first child on Santa's list. Although, theoretically, there are certain variables that are out of our control, you can be assured that we will do everything possible on our end to uphold our responsibilities. You might say a small town like Santa Claus, Indiana as compared to other towns, lacks certain conveniences often found in larger communities. However, you won't find a deeper dedication to children at Christmas time anywhere else in the world! What exactly does this 100% unconditional guarantee actually mean? Good question. Basically, if we fail to meet your expectations in any way, within thirty days of either receiving your product or using any of our services, simply return the product (letters, kits and certificates) with an explanation as to why you were disappointed and we will be happy to return your payment in full.
We do ask that, because of some variables that are out of our control (e.g. mail carriers and phone companies throughout the world), you allow us to rectify the situation. This doesn't mean we wouldn't still refund your payment. We simply just want to know that your child's personal relationship with Santa Claus has not been severed or even jeopardized in any way. Depending on the situation this sometimes can be done with a custom letter from Santa explaining the situation.
