Shipping and Handling Charges
How are shipping and handling charges calculated?
All first class postage for letters and certificates mailed separately is free. The only time we charge for first class postage is if you combine letters into one shipment to insure that they arrive together and/or combine letters with certificates. The reason for this is because of the added costs of both postage and packaging.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The prices below are calculated per shipment and since any one order can have multiple shipments the total shipping costs of your order will be the shipping costs for each shipment combined. For example, if you were to order three (3) letters with certificates and chose to have them all shipped together then that would all be one shipment. However if you were to decide to ship them all separately then that would be mulitple shipments within that order.
